Dear god there is so much information, and none of it is just a straightforward spreadsheet that’ll carry me through from today to race day 2024. Is that too much to ask for, for free?
I mean yeah, probably.
So I’m trying to conglomerate what information I can find plus my own knowledge of strength training plus my family member’s knowledge of training (they’re a personal trainer) into a program that’ll keep me strong, healthy, and motivated to do this thing.
